I started training at 14 yrs old , im soon to be 59 yrs old . Im living proof if you thingsxthe intelligent way you can see stay without any health issues for a lifetime. Im into my 45th yr. Of training i get regular blood work and once a year get heart, kidneys a full check up i just had my annual physical in beginning of February 2026 I have a clean bill of health. Along with bpc 157 and tb 500 even my joint pain is 9 p% gone as is ny arthritis, which a " regular " doctor said there is no cure for arthritis he wanted to put me on cortisol and prednisone, I politely said no i like have cartridge which cortisol and prednisone will destroy . If in closing just because theirs a couple of letters in front of their name doesn\'t mean they have any idea about bodybuilders lifestyle is different and we know are shit !!

Used Sust for 15weeks started at 158 got up to 186 and ended cycle at 164. I rotated diet from Bulk to Cut every 2-3weeks approx.My shoulders are more round and profound.
