How to Pay with Cryptocurrency
New to cryptocurrency? This beginner-friendly guide explains how to pay at British Dragon Store using BTC, ETH, LTC, BCH or USDT. You will learn how crypto payments work, which apps you can use, and what to check before sending your payment.

Note: Bitcoin Cash is commonly known as BCH. If your payment page displays BTCH, choose the option exactly as shown on the checkout page.
What Is a Crypto Payment?
A crypto payment is a direct payment from your crypto wallet or crypto app to our wallet address. Instead of paying by card or bank transfer, you send cryptocurrency such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash or USDT.
Crypto payments are secure and widely used online, but they are also final. Once you send cryptocurrency, the transaction usually cannot be cancelled, changed or reversed.
Before You Start
A Crypto App
You need a crypto app or exchange account, such as Coinbase, PayPal, Cash App, Kraken, Binance or another wallet.
Crypto Balance
You need enough cryptocurrency to cover your order total plus possible exchange or blockchain network fees.
Payment Address
After placing your order, your payment page will show the wallet address where you need to send the payment.
Simple Payment Overview
If you are new to crypto, this is the full process in simple steps:
- Place your order
Add your products to cart and complete checkout. - Choose cryptocurrency as your payment method
Select crypto payment during checkout. - Open your order payment page
Log in to your account, go to My Orders, and click the crypto payment link next to your order. - Select your cryptocurrency
Choose BTC, BCH / BTCH, LTC, ETH, USDT ERC20 or USDT TRC20. - Copy the wallet address
Carefully copy the payment address shown on your order page. - Open your crypto app
Choose the same cryptocurrency inside your wallet or exchange app. - Paste the address and enter the amount
Make sure the address, coin, network and amount are correct. - Send the payment
Confirm the transaction inside your crypto app. - Wait for confirmation
Your payment will be confirmed after it is detected on the blockchain.
Beginner-Friendly Crypto Apps
If you already have cryptocurrency, you can use your current wallet or exchange. If you are new, these services are commonly used by beginners:

Important: Choose the Correct Network
Some cryptocurrencies can be sent on different networks. This is especially important for USDT. If you choose the wrong network, your payment may not arrive.

How to Pay with Coinbase
- Create or log in to Coinbase
If you are new, create an account and complete any required identity verification. - Buy the cryptocurrency you want to use
For example, buy BTC, ETH, LTC or another coin accepted by our store. - Open your British Dragon order payment page
Go to My Orders and copy the wallet address for your order. - Choose Send in Coinbase
Select the cryptocurrency, paste our wallet address and enter the payment amount. - Review carefully and send
Check the coin, network, wallet address and amount before confirming the transaction.
How to Pay with PayPal Crypto
- Open PayPal
Log in and open the cryptocurrency section. - Buy or select your crypto
Choose the cryptocurrency you want to send. - Copy our wallet address
Open your order payment page and copy the correct crypto address. - Select Send or Transfer
Choose the option to send crypto to an external wallet address. - Confirm the transfer
Check all details carefully before confirming.
Note: PayPal crypto transfers are not available for every user or every country. If your PayPal account does not allow external crypto transfers, use another crypto app.
How to Pay with Cash App
- Open Cash App
Go to the Bitcoin section inside Cash App. - Buy Bitcoin
Buy enough BTC to cover your order total and possible network fees. - Copy our BTC address
Open your British Dragon order payment page and copy the Bitcoin payment address. - Send Bitcoin
Choose the option to send BTC to an external wallet address. - Confirm the payment
Review the BTC address and amount before sending.
Cash App is mainly useful for Bitcoin payments. For ETH, LTC, BCH / BTCH or USDT, use another crypto app.
Crypto Safety Checklist
Before sending your payment, check the following:
- The wallet address is copied exactly from your order payment page.
- The cryptocurrency matches the selected payment option.
- The network is correct, especially for USDT ERC20 and USDT TRC20.
- The amount is correct.
- You have enough extra crypto to cover possible network fees.
- You understand that crypto payments are usually final and cannot be reversed.

Do I need crypto experience to pay?
No. You only need to buy crypto, copy the payment address from your order page, and send the correct amount. If you are unsure, contact us before sending.
Which cryptocurrency is best for beginners?
BTC and LTC are usually simple options. USDT TRC20 is also popular because network fees are often lower, but you must make sure you use the TRC20 network.
Can I pay with USDT?
Yes. We currently accept USDT ERC20 and USDT TRC20. Make sure you choose the correct network shown on your payment page.
Can I use Coinbase?
Yes. Coinbase is a common beginner-friendly option for buying and sending crypto.
Can I use PayPal?
Yes, if your PayPal account supports sending crypto to an external wallet address. If it does not, use another crypto app.
Can I use Cash App?
Yes, but Cash App is mainly useful for Bitcoin payments.
Why should I buy slightly more crypto than my order total?
Crypto apps and blockchain networks may charge fees. If you buy only the exact order amount, you may not have enough left to send the full payment.
How long does crypto payment confirmation take?
Most payments are detected after blockchain confirmation. This can take a few minutes or longer depending on the cryptocurrency, network and current congestion.
What happens if I send the wrong coin or use the wrong network?
The payment may be permanently lost. Always check the coin, network and wallet address before confirming your payment.
What should I do if I need help?
If you are unsure before sending payment, please contact us. It is better to ask first than to send crypto incorrectly.
