How to place an order?
To place an order on British-Dragon.org, you should follow these instructions:
- Click on Join from the top right corner and complete the form on that page.
- Log-in to your account.
- Browse all categories of products we have online.
- If you found the right product you need, then click on "Add to Cart" button.
- Click on "Add to Cart" to buy more products, or select the "Check Out" feature.
- Inform yourself about "Terms and Conditions" of British-Dragon.org, if you agree with them, click on the "Continue” button.
- Edit the shipping information and double-check if all the information is correct.
- Check if the introduced information is right (we are not responsible for orders sent to wrong addresses, and we won’t reship the orders if this happens).
- Click on "Continue” and check twice the shipping address.
You have placed the order with success! Your order will be indicated with "unpaid & pending”. If you pay later, you may leave the payment section. If you want to buy your items, you should select the payment procedure and view the "Payment Instructions"
Is it possible to edit my order after I have placed it?
If you haven’t yet provided payment for your order and want to change the items from your order, please follow the below instructions:
- Log in to your account.
- Under your profile menu, click on "Orders", then choose the order ID you want to modify.
- Click on the "Edit Order” option.
If you did the payment, and we didn’t send the order yet, and you want to change the product, you have to create a ticket and ask the customer support to change the product you need. We ask you always indicate in order ID in your e-mail.
Do you have a minimum order amount limit?
We do not have a minimum order amount limit, we please our customers to buy in any amount they want, we encourage you to feel free to order everything you want in any amount, and we will assist you with pleasure. Please be advised that order under $100 can be paid only with crypto-currencies.
Is it possible to pay by credit cards?
At the moment we do not accept credit card payments, but we do have payment methods through which you can use your card.

How soon after payment is received will my order be dispatched?
All orders are sent out within 48 hours. In reality most are dispatched within 24 hours, but there also might be delays at the shipping location, so it can take a bit more time to dispatch your package. Orders taken on Friday will not be shipped until next coming week.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
This will depend on the country of destination. As a guide however we have found that European destinations take approximately 7-10 days after shipping and U.S. destinations around 2-4 weeks. All orders are sent by regular airmail.
How will my order be packaged?
All orders are sent in well sealed heavy duty, plain, padded envelopes with all contents supplied in the manufacturers original packaging. For security reasons, sometimes the original package might be removed.
Is a doctors prescription required by your company before you will dispatch medications to a customer?
No, we do not require customers to supply doctors prescriptions at this time. However, the responsibility for satisfying any prescription requirements in the country of destination lies entirely with the customer. We also recommend that you seek the advice of a qualified health care professional before ordering/using any of the prescription medications offered for sale by this company.
Can anyone order medications from your company?
We will only supply medications to customers over 21 years of age. We will also not supply anyone intent on reselling the medications, they are supplied for personal use only. What are the shipping charges on orders?
Shipping charges are included in each order and may vary between $45-50. The price you see is the price you pay irrespective of the country of destination.
Are there any countries that you will not ship medications to?
